C&L Refrigeration replaced aging rooftop HVAC packaged units at Moreno Valley Mall, a multi-level shopping and entertainment center with more than 130 stores and large brand-name shops. The project was completed during a scheduled shutdown without interrupting store operations before the year-end holiday sales event.

The project included replacing eight aging rooftop packaged HVAC units with modern energy-efficient equipment. C&L coordinated the work around facility operations and managed a professional helicopter lift to complete multiple equipment lifts in one day.
