Ice Cream Production Plant Refrigeration Project
Henderson, Nevada
C&L Refrigeration completed a design-build ammonia refrigeration expansion for new ice cream production lines at a plant in Henderson, Nevada. The project included four screw-type compressors totaling approximately 2,000 horsepower.
Ammonia Refrigeration Expansion for Ice Cream Production
The ammonia expansion supplied refrigeration for hardening tunnels and continuous ice cream freezers. The system included a new 84-inch diameter intercooler, low suction temperatures, efficient thermosyphon oil cooling, and custom Allen Bradley PLC integration.
Quick Facts
